How do we grieve? How do we move forward into the unknown after the loss of a loved one? How do we cope during the period of loss during long term disease? These are all questions which this series will touch upon, giving answers and methods you may use to help you in your journey of loss.

Grief counsellor Carole, Therapeutic Arts Practitioner Margaret and hospice support worker Julie, lead this series with compassion, personal experience and love. There will be discussions, therapeutic art activities, and reading in a safe and confidential setting.
